Mission:
To ensure the maximum Transfer of Team Learning back to your organisation.
At Corporate Commandos we are all about creating sustainable behavioural change that transfers back to your workplace into real performance improvements. For this reason we have developed a range of interactive, discussion based modules that build on the experiential learning and link that to real world issues that your teams are facing.
As a result of the range of team experiences undertaken at Corporate Commandos, your team members will begin to relate to each other with a greater openness and respect.
Now is the time to really capitalise on these meaningful and open conversations through a choice of a three hour interactive, discussion based session. The design of these sessions also caters for differing individual learning styles to maximise learning across your team.

1) Identifying and anticipating the Team challenges ahead
This session is all about identifying the subtle but powerful factors that can derail the best intentions of team members. It will provide an agreed action plan to identify and deal with them in order to gain maximum traction of team learning back into the workplace.
2) Effective Listening
You will notice a change in the way the team has behaved over the Corporate Commandos exercises, much of this is due to a renewed willingness to listen. Harnessing these new found listening skills by understanding the key elements of effective listening is critical. Effective listening is the responsibility of everyone in a team, learn how to make this happen, everyday.
3) Leadership within Teams
Today effective teams require all members to take responsibility for Leadership in different forms. When this capability exists, teams become truly responsive and grow with each team member functioning at a higher level. Learn how the Leadership experience at Corporate Commandos can transfer back to your workplace.
4) Understanding and harnessing your Teams diversity
For teams to become truly consistent high performers, it is essential that eight key team roles are addressed. Our personalities shape our preference to work and relate in specific ways. Often these differences become personalised to detriment of all team members and the team focuses on differences rather than common ground. Learn how high performing teams embrace diversity.
5) Becoming and Emotionally Intelligent Team
Teams are a complex mix of personalities, behaviours and emotions. Often an inability to understand emotions in oneself and others can cause significant distress within teams. Through a four part model your team will learn how emotions affect team behaviours, and how they can impact positively on your team’s performance.
