operation alpha plus
Operation Alpha Plus is an extension our most popular adventure corporate leadership training and teambuilding course. It is also for new teams to get to know each other or established teams who need to look at teamwork and leadership in a new light however it also incorporates some more advanced and adventure activities. The course consists of a variety of team and leadership activities tailored to achieve your goals. During the course each participant will be given the opportunity to be group leader for at least one activity were they will give a task brief, lead the team for the activity and give a debrief. This course is perfect for the practical application of leadership and teamwork on an obstacle course, with an added adrenalin rush involving running face first down a 10m wall and working as a team through 400m of underground tunnels.

The course content will be tailored to suit the requirements of the participants and incorporate practical task focused activities conducted in an outdoor environment. An outline of content available is as follows:
Introduction to team dynamics in a task focused environment,
Develop self confidence,
Develop self motivation,
Introduction to applied leadership,
Understand your personality,
Introduction to time management and the planning process, and
Implementation of the phases of a task.
