operation alpha
Operation Alpha is our most popular teambuilding course. It is for new teams to get to know each other or established teams who need to look at teamwork and leadership in a new light. The course consists of a variety of team bonding and leadership activities tailored to achieve your goals. During the course each participant will be given the opportunity to be team leader for at least one activity were they will give a task brief, lead the team for the activity and give a debrief. This course is perfect for the practical application of leadership and teamwork or to enhance your confidence.

The course content will be tailored to suit the requirements of the participants and incorporate practical task focused activities conducted in an outdoor environment. An outline of content available is as follows:
Introduction to team dynamics in a task focused environment,
Develop self confidence,
Develop self motivation,
Introduction to applied leadership,
Understand your personality,
Introduction to time management and the planning process, and
Implementation of the phases of a task.

Courses Goal:
