This is a single adventure activity in which all team members must construct a flying fox rope course(traverse) out of equipment provided. This can be one or more flying foxes depending on client numbers and requirements. Once constructed all team members will cross the flying fox. It is a great opportunity for teams to work together and have some fun at the same time. This can be a stand alone activity as a break from a conference or incorporated in to a longer course.
Action...(Course content)
The course is conducted in an outdoor team bonding environment. An outline of content is as follows:
Develop personal & team dynamics in a task focused environment.
Develop self confidence & self motivation,
Understand personalities & lateral thinking,
Develop time management and the planning process,
Implementation of the four phases of a task, and
Have some fun with your team mates.

The following outcomes may be achieved:

Become highly motivated and more productive in the work place,
Understand personal strengths and weaknesses and overcome fears,
Develop a stronger understand of team members, and
Having fun whilst learning in a task focused environment.
Course Goal:
The goal of this course is to learn skills that will transfer to the work place whilst getting to know your team mates in a fun but unusual learning environment. At the completion of the course participants will have improved self confidence and become a more cohesive team which will flow through to the work place.
