ELF members receive accelerated development and participate in strategic business thinking. Corporate Commandos were invited in to work with this group as the culmination of the 2008/09 plan. The session was designed to reinforce leadership skills while building on 2 previous ELF sessions that covered creative thinking and being what you want to be known for. Wow - did they do that! John and his team ran a fast paced, challenging and highly practical day which kept us moving and thinking. Everyone had the opportunity to lead a team and we saw the teams trust in each other and their respect for each others skills grow as the day progressed. We even found out about hidden talents - who knew that a member of our Management team was the ultimate knot maker.
