Established in 2001, Corporate Commandos® was created by John Spencer.  We are no ordinary training company. Corporate Commandos® offer a vast variety of training options which include teambuilding activities, task focused leadership development courses & team adventure activities with the majority of activities conducted in a field environment. These activities are designed to offer a unique training experience to organisations that rely on a strong team dynamic to succeed. We take participants outside their comfort zone, in order to raise awareness of each individual’s strengths and weaknesses and build their leadership and teamwork skills. This in turn increases individual confidence and self worth, and thus enhances motivation, communication and productivity in the work place.

All Corporate Commandos® instructors have over 20 years experience with the Australian Regular Army, the organisation recognised as providing the best team building, leadership training and personnel management training in Australia or they have equivalent experiences in the Outdoor Education Industry.  All of the Corporate Commandos® team have held senior positions that focused on leadership training and career management. With a hands-on approach and thorough understanding of team dynamics, this translates into knowledge of strategies, activities and processes that are meaningful in today’s rigorous corporate world. It is this theoretical and practical knowledge from operational and instructional experience around the world that gives all our instructors an excellent understanding of the requirements needed to cultivate the best from all participants and enhance their team and leadership capabilities. All instructors have a vast experience in instruction, task planning, mission analyses, all forms of Leadership and Workplace Health and Safety in all training environments.
